We want your dog’s boarding experience to be customized to their needs and wants. All of our top-of-the-line indoor dog kennels are either 8’x8’ or 8’x6’ and they each connect via doggy door to an 8’x16’ private outdoor kennel and potty area. All of our kennels are designed for privacy and low-stress with solid side wall panels between adjoining kennels. If your pooch is a social butterfly and you only want him/her in their kennel at night, our very large indoor play/daycare area along with our nearly 50,000 sq. ft of outdoor play area can certainly accommodate. If your pooch can be aggressive or likes his/her alone time, our private, over-sized indoor/outdoor kennel combo suites are more than enough space to be comfortable while remaining separate from the other pets and social activities at the Resort. In this scenario or event, your pet would be allowed alone time in the large social areas throughout the day (or personal walks) in order to get appropriate exercise as needed.

Kitty City is a quiet, clean supervised environment separated from Hounds’ Haven that includes large top-of-the line cat condos for a comfortable stay. Kitty City is a tranquil environment with subtle colors, lots of natural light, large plants, and soft music. The condos measure 4’wide by 3’ tall and can accommodate up to 2 cats (from the same family and requested by you). It is also designed to allow for your pet to enjoy time outside of the condo in the kitty play area if desired.

Other Accommodations & Requirements
We will supply cozy beds, toys, food dishes, litter boxes (for cats) and plenty of water, but suggest that you bring your pet’s regular food along with anything else that may make your pet’s stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We can provide food (Eukanuba brand for dogs and Iams brand for cats) for an additional cost if requested and we will always do our best to accommodate your pet’s feeding schedule per your instructions.
Standard vaccinations required:
Dogs: Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper
Cats: Rabies, FVRCP
**Check-out time for boarded dogs is 12:00pm. Dogs picked up between 12:00pm – 6:30pm will be charged a fee equivalent to a 1/2 day of daycare**
